Terms: orders may be prepaid by check, money order, Visa, Discover Card, or MasterCard. Prepaid orders must include tax and shipping when applicable. Established customers may charge their purchases to their Anthem Church Supply Account. Established account customers are required to pay net 30 from date of invoice. Interest on past due accounts is charged at a rate of 1.5% per month.

Prices quoted in this catalog are wholesale to clergy, churches, religious institutions, and government agencies. All other orders will be billed at retail prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Merchandise Returns: returns of regular stock merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt. All other returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of price of merchandise and all shipping charges.

Custom made items: orders for all custom made merchandise may not be canceled or returned.

Damage or Shortage: on UPS or FedEx shipments all claims for damage or shortage must be reported within one working day. Please contact us for instruction of filling out claim forms. Please save all paperwork, boxes and packing materials for inspection. No claims will be considered after five working days.
